Pizza Hut, East Coliseum Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN, USA

701 East Coliseum Boulevard, Fort Wayne, 46805 Indiana, United States

Has happened twice. First time, I had chicken taco pizza, got sick. Chalked up to flu season. Felt better, ate pizza, felt bad again. This time, girlfriend got pepperoni and Italian sausage, got sick, thought it was flu, felt better, ate more, felt worse. Then I ate a couple slices of her leftovers, now i feel sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
