- comments: observed no paper towel at the hand-sink in the bar area. Informed person in charge that paper towels must be available at hand sinks at all times. Pic obtained paper towel for hand sink during time of inspection priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed pest activity with approx. 20 small flies noted during inspection. Small fly activity was noted near the dish machine, handwashing sink at bar. Instructed to consult pest control as additional services are needed to minimize or eliminate activity before re-inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed missing floor grout and damaged / broken floor tiles in prep area instructed to repair to create a smooth and easily cleanable surface. Must maintain at all times.
