- comments: : 5-204. 11 inspector comments: observed no hand washing sink in a newly constructed coffee prep area located in dining area must install a hand washing sink with hot & cold running water,soap& towels. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)

- comments: 3-305. 11 observed no barrier at rear prep area that leads to customers toilet room to prevent entry into prep area must provide and maintain or post a notice stating no public toiletroom. A barrier around coffee machine and cups at counter.
