On 2/25/24 at about 5 PM, I received a chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and wings with garlic sauce via DoorDash. At about 7 PM I felt woozy, broke out in cold sweats, and had severe cramping with chills. I vomited first and then had diarrhea for about 12 hours. Felt better the next day besides some minor stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
