On April 29, 2025 I ordered tuna tacos with black beans and rice. The tuna appeared properly cooked. They tasted fine. I consumed chips and used the brown and green salsa from the salsa bar. And I also had a few marinated carrots and peppers from the salsa bar. One hour later I experienced nausea and vomiting. My stomach was swollen all day.
