Only food item I had that day was the sub which included lettuce, tomato and olives which my wife did not have on her sandwich that we got right before we departed after noon on Friday April 6th. I began getting very nauseous and vomited on plane several times in route to Houston and final destination of DCA. Suffered symptoms of acute stomach pains, nausea headache and fever through 4/10 | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
