Wednesday March 8 around 11a, chopped salad without the cheese, symptoms began around 5p same day with frequent diarrhea then vomiting and stomach pain, weakness, dizziness, constant nausea. Became very dehydrated, went to emergency department, received 2 bags of iv fluids, multiple doses of meds through iv (3 doses of zofran, 1 dose of morphine, 1 dose of benedryl). Diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis, tested negative for influenza. Urine and stool labs normal. Body aches began around 5a Thursday which became worse through Friday along with headache. Weakness, fatigue continue through today (Sunday) along with frequent bowel movements. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Dehydration, Weakness, Dizziness, Headache, Fatigue, Body Ache, Stomach Pain
