Expired Chips Cause Illness - Potato Chips, Calgary Alberta

Maybe potato chips bought from gas station
I know for sure it was OLD DUTCH SOUR CREAM SND ONION POTATO chips I note there was outbreak of the exact same chip in Canada within the last five years (I only learned this after I became suspicious of the chips...then did research on the internet to see if potato chips could cause the problem)
The expiry date on them stated May 2021..so still good, apparently? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
