On 4/15/16 @ 9:00 AM I had an egg, cheese, Arugula Sandwich. Started feeling stomach cramps around 4:00 PM. This could have also been caused by what I had at Dig-Inn 55th st between 5 and 6th ave. I had lunch @ 1:30PM, classic brown rice, meatballs and mac/cheese. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
