Airport Meal Sickens Traveler - Pret a Manger, Horley England

I was traveling from London to JFK on 11 November 2018 and purchased both breakfast and lunch at Pret A Manger.

For breakfast I bought a vegetarian egg brioche. For lunch I purchased a turkey-stuffing sandwich and a beet falafel salad. I ate the breakfast immediately and ate the sandwich and salad several hours later for lunch. For drinks, I purchased a lemon water and something with ginger.

I ate nothing else all day. Upon arriving to New York, approximately 5 hours after eating my lunch, I began to feel nauseous. 2 hours after that I began vomiting, having diarrhea, night sweats, fever, cramping, and chills.
