Ate lunch with a friend on Wednesday, May 18th, had chicken salad on butter lettuce. My friend ate shrimp lettuce wraps, and had all the symptoms I have except bloody diarrhea, no blood for her. Not sure about fever. Started with gas, bloating then nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, then diarrhea.
