Turkey Meal Causes Illness - Publix, Clearwater Florida

I got the publix cooked turkey breast holiday meal package. I picked it up on Wed. before Thanksgiving. Four hours on Thanksgiving after eating it I began vomiting and developed a low grade fever. It took three days before I could keep anything down, and The turkey must have been contaminated as thats all I ate The turkey was half thawed when we picked it up on Wed. morning. I put it straight in the refrigerator and followed all heating directions. also the sides with it the stuffing and mashed potatoes had large ice crystals on them and when I defrosted and heated them up they became so watery I had to throw them out as they were not eatable, Also on next door neighbor another lady posted a reply that she also got sick from their holiday meal turkey | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
