chicken salad sub on five grain bread with provolone cheese and lettuce and green peppers. I ate the whole sub and about 30 minutes later, I got nausea, severe chills and then came the severe cramps and explosive diarrhea. The severe nausea and retching lasted until I fell asleep. It was definitely food poisoning. It happened Yesterday night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
