18/2/2024, Ate a breakfast with bacon egg hash brown and baked beans. Started to feel bloated and unwell. Explosive diarrhoea and vomiting started after landing.Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, bloated
