Trip from Ho Chi Min to Hong Kong to LAX, I had several inflight meals, the meal that made me sick I believe was the eggs with sausage . That was on the Honh Hong to LAX flight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

18/2/2024, Ate a breakfast with bacon egg hash brown and baked beans. Started to feel bloated and unwell. Explosive diarrhoea and vomiting started after landing.
