On 6/5/16 @ 4:30 I ordered and ate 3 chicken tacos hard shell w/ white rice, veggies, cheese, sour cream & hot salsa around 745 I began to violently vomit, and couldn't keep anything down or in. This continued through the night until I went to the ER at 7am 6/6/16 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
