Burrito Bowl Causes Illness - Qdoba, Baltimore Maryland

Got a burrito bowl on August 14, 2021 at around about 11 pm. The bowl included brown rice, black beans, chicken, queso, red onions, and lettuce. The next day I begin experiencing more frequent bowel movements, diarrhea, and dehydration. It is now August 21, 2021 and I have continued to experience these symptoms everyday. Going to work has been something that isn’t really an option and I’ve been under a lot of pain and stress. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration
