October 27, 2023. Ordered a tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato on a Portuguese roll, and a strawberry smoothie. About thirty minutes after finishing my meal and drink, I started feeling uncomfortably full. I could feel the inflammation building up in my stomach. Vomited later that night, had crippling stomach inflammation and nausea for two more days after, then finally vomited again the third night. . Symptoms went away thereafter.. I suspect it was from the smoothie, as I noticed the staff member took out the pressed juice from on top of a fridge and not from inside one. Who knows how long it had been sitting out for. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
