Went to QT STORE #155 On 10 31 2025 ordered a ham sub sandwich. Also pick three Day old leftover Donuts some milk and two bottles of brisk tea.. one tea and one fruit punch.. went home eat the sub and a glass of milk and with on a hour start getting sick as a dog.. before long I was so sick I couldn't get to urgent Care.. have never been there I would have tried it I was in dire straits bad pain., but I was way too sick to drive and I live alone., I went through about 20 hours of pure hell.... I'm 6'1 275 and haven't been sick in years... I don't have medical insurance or I would have called 911 that's how bad it was., I live right by this quick trip store 155 and have eaten there many times never any problems.., but this time felt like it was going to kill me.. I will never eat there again that's 100% for sure... I work hard and I play hard and my 61 years of life and I've had many injuries.. but the pain this give me was more excruciating than I've ever felt.. I was up and down up and down to the bathroom back and forth there was just no way to get comfortable sheer misery... Up all night no way possible to sleep,., please figure out the problem so no one else ever has to go through this cuz it's bad.. this is the first time I've ever wrote into anything like this I don't complain if I get bad food I just chalk it up and never go back but this I thought was going to kill me., | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
