Pre-packaged Taylor Farms steakhouse wedge salad kit with can of chicken of the sea tuna, Ate the salad about 2 hours ago, ~415p PST on 1-13-23. Within 15 minutes began experiencing mild stomach pain, which got worse and developed into nausea, and then soon thereafter nonstop vomiting and diarrhea alternating back and forth. I've had nothing else to eat or drink today except water and a nespresso coffee at 9a. The only food consumed was this salad with a can of chicken of the sea tuna. Head and body feel hot. Still in the bathroom with this 2 hours later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
