I ate a bowl of this cereal with almond milk around 10pm. Within 20-30 minutes, I felt bloated, nauseous, and my stomach started cramping. At 11pm, I threw up twice; while the vomiting has stopped, I have remained nauseous. Another 30 minutes pass by and I am have diarrhea. I have been having diarrhea since 11:30pm, and no amount of water or light toast is helping me soothe the ache my body is feeling. It is now exactly 5:44am and my symptoms are ongoing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating, Body Ache
