Shrimp Alfredo- loaded with butter/ oil and cheese. Tasted very weird and started to have stomach cramps when I got home. The next morning woke up with upset stomach. Went to work and felt nauseous. Left early and threw up 4 times in an hour. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
