On 1/19/17 I visited the Red Lobster on Ga Av in Silver Spring Md. I ordered the Ultimate feast which consists of 2 forms of shrimp, lobster tail & crab legs. Also had a bowl of clam chowder & baked potato. Shortly after that about an hr later returning home there was this unusual blotting in my stomach I thought it was just gas but then I started to suffer with diarrhea & vomiting at the same time, this lasted all night I was totally dehydrated and so weak I couldn't raise myself out of bed. I managed to treat it myself and get it under control without seeing a Dr. The next day I called red lobster and talked with the manager to inform him of food poison from his restaurant he said he would have someone from the Corp office to contact me in which they never did. These incidents need to be seriously looked into because death is possible with any kind of poisoning and just because Red Lobster is a big national chain should not make them exempt from this carelessness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Weakness
