I went to your Palisades Mall Red Robin in West Nyack, NY. We had the WORST experience ever. Note that this is my daughters favorite restaurant so we go a lot. We were seated right away yet waited over 20 minutes for a waiter. When the waiter arrived he was moody and it showed he didn't want to be there. I waited 25 minutes for my daughter's chocolate milk. I had to ask 4 different people for said drink. My daughter has Down Syndrome. Two of the burgers were wrong. The waiter never checked on us so we had to get other people to bring us refills on drinks and fries. We called over the manager and she told us the waiter was being sent home since he was doing a horrible job. She offered to take off the two wrong burgers. After that it got 1000000000 times worse. My burger didn't come till everyone at the table was done so all I had to eat were mozzarella sticks and onion rings. I have been sick all night and day from them. And as I said we go a lot and this had never happened before. . I hope you look into this location. Oh and the inside of the place was so gross the tables were sticky my nephew got a rash from whatever was on the table. the floor was a mess food everywhere and I will not even explain about the bathrooms it way beyond anything I have ever seen. So now I will never go to another restaurant of yours!! My daughter is very upset as am I. Thank you. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Skin Rash
