I ate two onion rings with the BBQ/Ranch dipping sauce, 1/2 a turkey BLTA (with no avocado), and a cup of the Red Chili. About 12 hours later I was deathly ill with nausea and severe vomiting followed up with diarrhea and a fever. I ended up in the ER. Not a fun experience. All test results for something more acute were negative - doctor determined it was likely food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
