- High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed food stored on thank you bags at walk in freezer and walk in cooler. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**

- High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired 10/2023. **Admin Complaint**

- High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed more than 3 live roaches inside the paper towels dispenser. When I pulled the paper towels , 3 roaches fell from the dispenser. Also observed 1 live roach crawling on the floor of the kitchen and 5 live roaches inside the reach in cooler that is not working located in front of the stove. **Warning**

- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pork chops (124°F - Hot Holding)in the steam table at the front counter. As per employee less than 2 hours. Employee was told to reheat the food. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
