52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: waste water with dirt and grease backing onto the kitchen floor. All floor drains are filled with such water. Unable to use handwashing, dishmachine, three compartment sink etc. Observed water by the walk-in cooler and freezer. Strong sewage foul odor throughout the kitchen. Must clean and sanitize kitchen(everything/equipment, floors, walls, multi use utensils, etc). Plumber on site. Priority violation:7-38-030(c), citation issued.
