I think a plate of steak rancheros that I had for breakfast, not far off the main road and it had amazing reviews. I felt a little nauseous when I woke up and I thought it was just hunger. I got ready and picked this restaurant to eat at (it had good reviews and wasn’t too far from where I was staying). At the restaurant I had coffee with cream, fresh squeezed orange juice, and a plate of steak rancheros. After I ate I definitely felt full but not yet nauseous or sick. My walk home was a little less than 10 minutes and as soon as I walked in the door I knew I had to either vomit, diarrhea, or both. I rushed to the bathroom and it ended up being both. It’s now the end of the day, I’ve been making frequent trips to the bathroom (no more vomiting just very painful stomach cramps and diarrhea).
