- comments: observed a food handling employee wash their hands with gloves on at the exposed hand washing sink in the food prep area. Management instructed that employees must properly wash their hands before preparing food. Priority 7-38-010. No citation issued.

- comments: observed a food handling employee take off their gloves after preparing food and put on a new pair of gloves without first washing their hands. Management instructed to train employees to wash their hands before putting on a new pair of gloves. Priority 7-38-010. No citation issued.
