I ate the tortilla soup and beef enchiladas at 10 pm, and started to develop stomach cramps at 6 am. By 9 am, I was having diarrhea and severe vomiting. I had a fever of 100.4 later in the day, and my symptoms improved by 9 pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
