Four live roaches under triple sink in kitchen. Approximately 9 live in trap under hand wash station by fryers. Approximately 7 live roaches in trap next to pizza oven Two live roaches under prep sink in prep area in kitchen. One live roach under hand wash station near front counter in kitchen. Employees began to kill and clean up roaches during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-06-29: One live roach under warming unit across from pizza oven in kitchen.
