I ordered a steak and cheese sub and brought home half of the sandwich. 8/14/22. I ate the other half on the 15th developed diarrhea and vomiting by the third day I was admitted to hospital with an e-coli infection . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
