Had salad bar, mashed potatoes, steak. Suspect it might have been the iceberg lettuce or Italian dressing because companion had salad bar, steak and potatoes and didn't have the same reaction because he chose different dressing and different lettuce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
