Ate salad, philly cheese steak, pasta salad, fries, ranch, tea. About 1hour later I started having stomach cramps and diarrhea. It got progressively worse and I had chills and a fever that got up to 102. Had very powerful projectile vomiting and about 10 episodes of diarrhea (so far, I’m still sick) and lower back pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
