- comments: observed no certified food manager on site upon arrival while tcs foods were prepared and served. Instructed manager to ensure certified food manager is on site at all times. The certified food manager arrived on site approximately 1 hour after the inspection began. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012 citation issued.

- comments: observed no bodily fluid clean-up kit or procedures on site. Instructed manager to provide bodily fluid clean-up kit and procedures. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed food employee pick up raw steak to cook then proceed to touch and prepare burrito tortilla without washing hands. Instructed manager to ensure employees wash hands at all potential sources of cross-contamination. Employee washed hands, changed gloves and discarded tortilla. Priority violation 7-38-010 citation issued

- comments: observed 3-compartment sink not in proper working order. When water is drained in one compartment, another one floods before going back down. Instructed manager to service 3-compartment sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-025 citation issued.
