Gardien meatballs, I set out 3 meatballs to thaw. For only a hour. The heated up a can of vegetable barley soup and cooked til hot. Wondering if I didn’t cook long enough. Ate about 6, stomach discomfort. Diarrhea started about 10, continued through the night. Had bad cramps and chills. All continued till 6 AM. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills

I'm so sorry you got sick, but please be careful as the package says "do not thaw".
The packaging says "For food safety and quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw"...
