March 8, 2017 I ordered a family meal from the deli counter at Safeway. It included Mongolian beef, general tso chicken, teriyaki chicken, fried rice, chow mein, and egg rolls. This was the only food that my whole family ate that was the same the whole day.Later that night my toddler was restless and kept crying. He had bad gas, diarrhea, and kept gagging like he was about to vomit. By the time my husband and I woke up we both had extreme stomach cramping, diarrhea, gas, and nausea.
We continue to have symptoms, but were advised that we should not seek medical care unless they continue for a few days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps
