I had a Salad Nicoise at this location at about 5:30 PM Saturday, August 6, 2022. I was one of 3 people in the restaurant. Yet, the server said that they no longer tossed salads since they were under-staffed. I noticed that the lettuce was cut in large slices perhaps as a short-cut. After eating the salad (main ingredients: lettuce, tomatoes, pasta, tuna, green goddess dressing) I experienced nausea.Saturday night, I experienced severe, burning abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomited during the night. It is now 4 days later and I still have burning stomach pain, although other symptoms have waned.
I have tried to reach customer service, but there is no response to my email and their voicemail box is always full.
I did report the situation to the Chester County Health Dept. today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
