March 27,2023, Shrimp tacos Approximately 11-Noon I went here and got 3 shrimp tacos with pico de gallo, bean and corn mix, and lettuce with a side of vinaigrette dressing.  Within 2 hours I was nauseous.  Within 4 hours I vomiting and diarrhea if at the same time.  Still attempting to recover from it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
