Got the Mac and cheese and tomato soup at sclotzkeys on dimond Tuesday night about 730. Woke up several hours later with severe cramping and nauseas. By 7 am I had projectile vomiting and water diarrea, could not hold anything down and had a slight fever. Almost went to ER Wednesday night but was unable to drive,very dizzy/lightheaded and couldnt stay out of bathroom, thought about an abulance but tried to just stay hydrated. The vomiting finally stopped about 6 pm on wed night there were several dry heave sessions then I got some sleep and ate ice chips. Today is thursday and I have nauseas and still water stools, have only tried broth and sports drinks slowly. If it does not get significantly better tomorrow I will try to go to dr. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Lightheaded
