Instructed facility to establish an appropriate employee health policy and maintain verifiable signed copies on site for all food employees in acknowledgment of reporting agreement. Priority foundation violation #7-38-010. Citation issued.

- comments: 2-402. 11 observed food handlers prepping food without hair restraints. Instructed person in charge that all food handlers must wear a hair restraint.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: 4-602. 13 observed an excessive amount of ice buildup on the floor/walls/ceiling of the walk-in freezer. Must remove excess ice, detail clean, and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: 5-501. 17 observed no covered receptacle in the employee toilet room. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: 8-404. 13 (b:3) observed previous priority foundation violations not corrected within the specified time frame on the inspection report#2587817 dated 01/09/2024: (38) 6-501. 111 - observed no current pest control logbook on the premises. Instructed the person in charge that a licensed pest control company and operator must provide at least 2 pest inspections a year, and the reports must be maintained in the logbook. Instructed to provide a current pest control logbook and pest inspection reports. Instructed the person in charge that the violation shall now classified as a priority item due to previous noncompliance. Must correct before re-inspection. Priority violation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
