Tuesday evening 10pm I purchased a burger, fries and chocolate shake from here on 8th and 44th and brought it back to my hotel room. I ate about half of it and my stomach didn’t feel good so I stopped. A short while later I started vomiting and it continued through the night. Wednesday morning the diarrhea started. I was in bed the entire day Wednesday sleeping. If I was awake I was either vomiting or had diarrhea. Haven’t eaten since that meal and it’s now Thursday morning. Still have diarrhea today and haven’t chanced eating. Hot dog stand in front of the Convention Center | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

It could be somewhere else you ate that day. You would not feel ill immediately whilst eating it.

TIP: Hi PB. If it is chemical contamination, symptoms CAN start right away. Same thing for physical contamination depending on what it is.
