Tuesday evening 10pm I purchased a burger, fries and chocolate shake from here on 8th and 44th and brought it back to my hotel room. I ate about half of it and my stomach didn’t feel good so I stopped. A short while later I started vomiting…

I ate a double shack burger and cheese fries around 9pm started vomiting and cramping around 4am. Was vomiting and diarreah for the nxt 16hrs horrible.
