Ate at diner last night 4/18/2023 ~7:30pmOrdered the parmesan grilled cheese sandwich with fries. And a slice of the s'mores cake. I ate until comfortably full and didn't finish the pie which leads me to believe it was from the sandwich, the fries, or the tomato soup dipping that comes with the sandwich.
~3 hours after finishing the meal I had stomach pains that lasted until I fell asleep.
This morning 4/19 ~6am I felt fine until I began walking around to make my way into work ~7:30am. The pain is back and worse and I've been stuck in the workplace bathroom. I had diarrhea and went back to my desk but have been back up ten minutes later to ride the rest of this out. It's 8:50 and I still have considerable stomach pains.
I did not eat anything else when I returned home for the night and ate things that are typical for me and from home so I am confident it was the Shari's | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
