- comments: outside dumpster overflowed with garbage, unable to close lids. Instructed manager outside dumpster garbage must be removed and dumpster lids must be closed and tight fitted by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b).

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed peeling paint from ventilation above dishmachine drain board. Must remove said peeling paint.
