Chicken Tenders Trigger Illness - Slim Chickens, Helena Montana

I was in Helena, MT for a conference from 2/25 to 2/27. On Saturday, the 26th, the hosts brought in chicken tenders and wings, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese from here for lunch. I've been to Helena and have had this meal before. Later in the afternoon, I began to feel kinda funny, so I went for a walk to get it out of my system. I was feeling a bit better. Later on in the evening, that awful nauseous feeling came back and asked to be excused to go and lie down. I get up to my hotel room and I rush to the bathroom and started violently vomiting and had diarrhea as well. I was up all throughout the night and never got any sleep. I also had to drive 3 1/2 hours back home completely sick. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
