Severe Cramps After Chicken - Slim Chickens, Bentonville Arkansas

I ordered a 7 piece chicken tenders meal with potato salad and a chocolate milkshake and also a brownie. I ate the small container of potato salad and 1 piece of toast and 5 pieces of chicken. Within 35 to 40 minutes I began cramping in my abdomen and it doubled me over in pain. I began vomiting violently and diarrhea the cramps haven’t subsided yet. I notified Slims through their corporate website. I sipped about 4 times from the chocolate shake. I broke it in a sweat and the most severe cramps since child birth….. this is the only thing that I have eaten today so I know it was the food. I’m going in to the hospital if I can find a driver because I can’t stop vomiting.
I looked up symptoms of food poisoning and it said to notify the health department so others don’t get sick.
