5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed clean-up of vomiting and diarrhea procedure on site but clean-up kit on premises during inspection observed to be blood borne pathogen clean up kit with out proper sanitizing solution and no mop for vomit clean up. Instructed to have said procedure along with required equipment for clean-up. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued. 7-38-005

22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: found tcs food at improper temperature: 3 ham sandwiches 54 f,veggie wraps 55 f ,6 ham & cheese sandwiches 55 f,28 egg bites 54-55 f,mentioned products were stored inside the reach under cooler. Food discarded and denatured by employee. Priority violation:7-38-005,no citation issued.

33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed improper temperature of reach under refrigerator at 60. 9 f with tcs foods stored inside for sale. A held for inspection tag has been placed on unit. Once repaired,fax or email to cdph. Must have cold holding foods at 41. 0 f or below. (priority violation) 7-38-005 no citation issued

40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: observed that employee wore rings on hands while working with exposed food. Must remove all jewelry except plain wedding band from hands while working with exposed food

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: facility uses high temperature sanitizing dish machine and doesn't have proper temperature measuring irreversible registering temperature indicator or thermometer that shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature during hot water sanitation. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 no citation issued

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine. Must install so backflow prevention devices or air gap between the water supply inlet and the unit so it may be located to be serviced and maintained.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage dumpsters lids not covered with trash inside. Must keep outside garbage area maintained and dumpster covered at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b) no citation issued
