- comments: no hot water observed in restroom on site. Noted running water at restroom hand sink at 84. 3f at time of inspection. Instructed to have hot running water at a minimum temperature of 100f at all handwashing sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: noted small fly activity on site. Observed approximately 30-35 small flies located on walls and ceilings in rear prep area and customer seating area. Instructed to remove and contact pest control service. Instructed to sanitize affected areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed leaking pipe at rinse station(north wall) in front prep area. Instructed to repair leak and maintain in good repair.

- comments: observed debris on floors along walls and corners under counter tops at front drive through prep area. Remove pooling water from floor at front prep area. Instructed to clean and maintain.
