Pepperoni Pizza Illness Persisting - STB Pizza, England

Ate last Sunday. Come Monday about 12 hours after I ate pepperoni pizza and cheesey garlic bread I was throwing up, felt incredibly sick. Had diarrhea all day non stop. Was as white as a sheet. Had stomach cramps. Had to take the following day off work due to still feeling very ill and having cramps. And now today Thursday I still don't feel 100% | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
